Return and Refund Policy

1. Disclaimer for Unregistered Mail:：
  1.1. If buyers choose to use Hong Kong local post for unregistered mail, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
  1.2. Unregistered mail means that the item cannot be tracked during transit, and the risk is borne by the buyer.

2. Return and Exchange Policy:
  2.1. Once the package is shipped, order cancellation and returns are not accepted.
  2.2. All items in our store are small-scale independent creations by artists. Unless there is an error on our part or the product has a serious quality issue, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Perfectionists are advised to shop carefully.
  2.3. Return and exchange requests must be submitted on the [same day] the item is received, with valid documentation and photos provided by the buyer.
  2.4. Only returns and exchanges for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging will be accepted.
  2.5. Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the buyer, including losses or damages caused by unregistered mail.

3. Refund Policy:

  4.2. After the return request is approved, buyers must return the item as per our instructions.
  4.3. Buyers must provide the return tracking number or other relevant proof for us to track and verify the return.
  4.4. We will review the refund request after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  4.5. Once the refund request is approved, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
